The decision comes as firm co-founder, Julia Hardinger, announced her retirement from the practice of law to pursue other entrepreneurial business interests. Jesse Ash is joining the firm as partner after over a decade of distinguished litigation practice at Reed Smith LLP.

He has managed an extensive number of complex cases in federal and state courts across the United States, serving as national, regional, and local counsel. In addition to Jesse's extensive experience managing large-scale discovery, he has also taken and defended hundreds of key fact and expert witness depositions, prepared all types of witnesses for trial, and assisted on several trials that went to verdict.
