    LEXINGTON, MA, October 30, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Remember the United Airlines television commercial that shows a montage of people coming off a plane and being greeted by family and friends? The tagline was "We know why you fly..." That concept inspired Feinmann's design center event series this fall called HomeCentric: Living Well in Your Home.

What do we mean by that? For years social scientists and psychologists have been predicting that our homes will become ever more important to us as the world around us quickly changes and, indeed, their predictions have rung true. To counterbalance the abundance of technology around us, we spend a great deal of time, effort and money to make our homes the perfect haven for family and friends.

"We see clients spending more time researching the right products and collaborating on thoughtfully planning their space to maximize how they use it," says Peter Feinmann, founder and president of Feinmann Inc., a Boston design and build company. "It seems we are more aware than ever the impact on the environment and our health of how we live and how we use natural resources. With that in mind, Feinmann is offering a series of lifestyle events featuring professional organizing tips to entertaining and decorating tips for the holidays. We invite you into our design center at 27 Muzzey Street in Lexington, MA and share our resources with you. We'll show you how to put together materials for your new kitchen or bath, share ideas with you and explain the latest hot trends.

Feinmann opened their new design center in 2011. Clients can get a solid grasp on their design ideas by looking at cabinet samples, tile, and countertop samples all in one place. It is a place for clients to brainstorm with the Feinmann team about design ideas and options for their kitchen, bath or other spaces. The goal of the design room is to stimulate a client's imagination and make them feel excited about their remodel, not overwhelmed.
