LONDON, ENGLAND, November 05, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Google+ first went live at the end of June, 2011, Brandlective Communications began testing the social network almost immediately and within two weeks of its launch, the International Business Times had reported that the popularity rise of Google+ may be making fellow social media network, Facebook nervous.
Google+ was reported to be centered on a social stream (similar to Facebook's news feed) that was accompanied by four cores: Circles, Hangouts, Huddle and Sparks.
The prestigious service provided video chats, allowing for sharing of more types of content and originally restricted users from signing up, instead operating on an invite only basis.
One year later, Stephanie Mlot reports in PCMag that Google+ now tops Facebook in customer satisfaction. Facebook suffered its largest decline in customer satisfaction according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), dropping 8% to 61 on a 100 point scale due to frequent complaints from users regarding the changes to its users interface e.g. the introduction of the Timeline feature. Google+ earned a score of 78 as users deem it as a 'superior mobile product' and lacked the traditional advertising.
Stacey Kehoe, Communications Director for Brandlective comments on the benefits of using Google+; "It has opened up countless possibilities for my clients specifically regarding our SEO services. Some view attaching authorship to a brand as risky for the firms reputation as customers, suppliers and potential sales leads can see who published each blog post right from the search engine results. However, our experience so far is that it builds an enormous amount of trust and credibility for the brand, and we have seen CTR and conversion rates increase significantly."
Brandlective Communications assist businesses and professionals improve their brand visibility in search engines such as Google and have incorporated social media platform, Google+, not only into their own organisation, but their clients too. Now six months on from incorporating it into their social media strategy, Google+ is strongly backed by Brandlective Communications and their clients.
