Punzone Gives Back to its Community Ravaged by Hurricane Sandy

Bini Memorial Fund to fuel the rebuilding process in the wake of Hurricane Sandy. Starting today, it will donate a percentage of the profit from the sale of its Punzone line of spirits to the Staten Island based non-profit.

Consumers and retailers that purchase Punzone now through the end of the year will be supporting those that have been adversely impacted by Hurricane Sandy on the New York City and New Jersey coastlines, including the NYC borough of Staten Island, home to Punzone, The Carl V. Bini Memorial Fund and Staten Island Strong, a grassroots organization funded by The Bini Fund. Staten Island Strong is dedicated to the cleanup and restructuring of the homes devastated by Hurricane Sandy.

From today until the end of the year, consumers can purchase Punzone from a local retailer in the New York or New Jersey area or online at select retail locations via punzone.com. Consumers can also make a direct donation to the foundation via the Punzone website or at www.binifund.org.

All proceeds raised at the event will benefit The Carl V. Bini Memorial Fund, and directly benefit the families of Staten Island most severely affected by Hurricane Sandy.
