Twitter #Bored Hashtag Takeover

In just over 38 minutes, 113 tweets were sent to #bored users inviting them to come and explore the infinite scrolling homepage, the interesting images and videos other users have posted and to start visually answering questions themselves, putting #bored firmly where it belongs - in the trash!

Twitter didn't see the funny side and suspended Youtopica's account after 38 minutes of tweeting!

Youtopica is a simplistic yet engaging platform where users are able to answer a series of interesting, pre-defined questions by posting a picture or video to demonstrate their answer - as easy, fun and creative as that. The website is built on top of Facebook - users login with their existing Facebook account and can automatically share their visual answers with all their friends, leveraging Facebook's Open Graph.
