Covington Who's Who Selects Sherri L. Clement as a Featured Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

Clement, President and Creative Director of Blue Planet Studio, has been selected as a Featured Member of the Covington Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Sherri L. Clement's commitment to excellence in Marketing and Design.

Clement, who earned her Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia and Web Design in 2004 through The Art Institute of California, founded her organization in 2005.

Previously headquartered in San Diego, Clement's firm has worked with a wide variety of clients in both California and nationwide, from mid-size companies to fortune 500 corporations. She has managed teams of up to five creative professionals, including all the aspects of client projects. She has learned to become extremely flexible with the wants and the desires of her clients and is constantly faced with the challenge of having to design according to the taste and preferences of her clients and not her own.

Clement's previous work includes a marketing administrative assistant position with a bio-tech company based in San Diego. It was this job that made her familiar in the marketing arena.

Having taken computer software and design classes to hone her skills, Clement has also worked as a marketing communications specialist, senior marketing communications specialist, and freelance web and graphic designer.

Working diligently to maintain the company brand and reputation that she has worked so very hard for and with so much technology and software required for production continuously improving and evolving, Sherri is constantly learning new and different ways of doing things.

Attesting her biggest mentor, Conrad Burke, the founder of Innovalight, to her success in marketing, Burke took a special interest in helping Clement advance in her career. He gave her some great, practical advice and wasn't afraid to point out her weaknesses on where she needed improvement. He guided her in the direction on the best ways to proceed, and she is forever grateful.

Clement is an active member of the Association for Computing Machinery and the American Institute of Graphic Arts' Professional Association for Design.

In her free time, Clement works to prevent, rescue, and restore victims of human trafficking for the non-profit, Hope Rising Ministries, which she founded in 2012. She also loves to hike, spend time with her local church friends, and quality time with her family.
