Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile Executive Chef Receives 2006 Marriott International Award of Culinary Excellence (ACE)

Banas, head Chef of Ventoso, the hotel's Chicago restaurant, began his Marriott culinary career in 1994 at the Hickory Ridge Conference Center following his training at Joliet Junior College.
