Todd Clark has been promoted to Director of Operations for MAG. Clark joined the company five years ago and has been instrumental in the success of the utility recovery program. Todd has 23 years experience in the utility industry, with 17 of that dedicated to the multifamily sector.
Scott Rawley has been promoted to Director of Sales for MAG. Rawley joined the company five years ago and brings over 20 years of combined experience in construction defect claims, home building, multifamily billing and client relations.
Chris Houle joined MAG in 2011 as a Marketing Specialist and has been promoted to a National Account Manager for MAG's telecommunication division. He received his Bachelors from California State University Fullerton and has 15 years of experience in customer service, with five years in sales and marketing.
In the Utility Recovery Department, Angela Carrillo has been promoted to Billing Client Relations Manager for Community Utility Billing Services. Carrillo joined the CUBS team four years ago in an accounting capacity and has since shown outstanding leadership. She has more than 14 years of experience in the multifamily utility industry, including customer service, client services, billing, and accounting.
