Millionaire Mindset Author Inspires Coastal Vacations Directors

The internationally know author and motivational speaker traveled from his home in Australia to speak to members attending the official Coastal Vacations training conference in Nashville Tennessee.

Coastal Vacations directors attending greatly appreciated the heart felt presentation delivered by Mesiti as his message rang loud and clear. Mesiti explained that success with Coastal Vacations and anything else in life begins in the mind. He explained that those who are not successful may suffer from what he calls a poverty mindset. Something as simple as making a few mental adjustments can make a world of difference.

In his new book Millionaire Mindset, Mesiti explains how someone with a failure or poverty mindset can greatly improve the results they see by starting to think more like millionaires. That shift in the thought process was Mesiti's theme in both his morning and afternoon sessions with the Coastal Vacations group.

Los Angeles California based Coastal Vacations trainer Dean Marino was one of those standing to applaud Mesiti. When it comes to achieving success, Marino's philosophy mirrors that of the Australian author. Marino and Mesiti enjoyed a private meeting between sessions.

Marino explained, "Much of what I teach members is along the lines of Pat Mesiti's philosophy. Happiness starts in the mind. It is not dependent on outside forces. I strongly encourage members to have fun working this business. If it's not fun, they're doing something wrong."

Two memorable quotes from Mesiti's presentation were, "Do what you love and love what you do." and "Happiness is wanting what you have." He also spoke very directly about personal accountability to the Coastal Vacations group when he said, "You can make money or excuses, but you can't make both."

Marino coordinates training and hosts conference calls for the largest, fastest growing and most successful group in the Coastal Vacations program. He is also a Level 3 Coastal Vacations Director and is constantly encouraging members to take stock in their personal development. He tells members they need to put good things into their minds, just like they should put good food into their bodies.

The Los Angeles based top level Coastal Vacations director described the adversity he faced when he was starting his home based travel business, "I had never owned a business before and needed to learn quickly because I had already quit my job. During my first month in business, my internet connection and home phone were knocked out and it took 2 weeks to get them back up. In my second month with Coastal Vacations my mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer and four months later she was gone."
