/24-7PressRelease/ - BROOKFIELD, WI, September 24, 2007 - The Minnesota Department of Insurance requires that all agents licensed to sell insurance products in Minnesota complete 30 hours of insurance continuing education (CE) by October 31 of each odd numbered year.
Minnesota Insurance Agents are allowed to complete up to half of their insurance continuing education (CE) requirement through an online, self-study format.
For agents still looking to fulfill their CE requirement before the October 31st deadline, Quest CE's Minnesota Unlimited Insurance Continuing Education (CE) Package offers 18 different courses totaling over 150 credit hours for $49.95.
Once purchased, the Unlimited Insurance Continuing Education (CE) package is available to producers for one calendar year. Agents who purchase the package near the end of their compliance period are able to use the package to fulfill their insurance CE requirements for two periods.
"It's an opportunity that we see a number of insurance agents take advantage of," said Jenel Davis, Quest CE's manager of online training. "They'll buy an Insurance CE Package and take a few courses before the end of one period and a few more at the beginning of the next one."
Quest CE also offers all of the insurance continuing education (CE) courses available in the Unlimited Insurance CE Package for individual purchase, so insurance agents needing only a few CE credits can take just the courses they need.
