Medical transcriptionist Pat Huber founded her medical transcription business in 1990 after completing intensive training in anatomy, physiology, pharmaceuticals, and listening skills. Her coursework taught her how to accurately document physicians' dictation of detailed office notes, consultations, letters, tests such as EEGs and EMGs, lab results, independent medical evaluations used in large legal cases, and procedure notes in a wide array of specialties.
