Stephen Linneman Inducted into Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Drug Screening

Mr. Linneman has 21 years of experience with Drug Screen Compliance Lou's Clinical Lab, a full-service medical laboratory that provides DOT and Non DOT drug testing, ,DOT Collector and Breath Alcohol Technician training, DOT compliance, Paternity and Prenatal Paternity DNA testing and employee wellness for employers, schools and individuals. His areas of expertise include management and employee motivation. As president and CEO of the company, Mr. Linneman manages six offices in west and central Texas. His responsibilities include finances, quality control and sustaining a positive work environment.

Lou Linneman, Stephen's father, founded the lab in 1966 under the name Lou's Clinical Lab. Stephen joined his father in 1992, becoming president of the company. The company's headquarters is in Odessa, Texas, but it also has locations in Midland, San Angelo, Big Spring, Lubbock and Fort Stockton. In addition, they are partnered with collection sites throughout the U.S.

Mr. Linneman attributes his success to his education, his dedicated employees, the attention he gives to his clients and the influence of his father. He was inspired to step into the role of president and CEO by the stellar example his dad set, and he strives to build on that.

Mr. Linneman received his bachelor's degree in business administration and art from Trinity University. He is a member of the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association. In his spare time, Mr. Linneman serves his community with his charitable work with the West Texas Food Bank, Catholic Charities, and Operation Warm Hearts. He also enjoys architecture, traveling and visiting art museums. In the years to come, Mr. Linneman would like to expand his business with the addition of new offices and staff.
