Hank S. Ditto Named a VIP Member of Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Business Technology Sales

    SAN DIEGO, May 2, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Hank Ditto, Chief Financial Officer of Officia Imaging, was recently named a VIP member of Worldwide Who's Who. This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieving personal and professional success.

Mr. Ditto has 23 years of experience managing successful business system companies, with six years in his present position with the office equipment and document management firm Officia Imaging. His areas of expertise include operational analysis, customer relations, consultative selling and strategic planning, and he is responsible for developing and implementing all of Officia Imaging's financial operations. Tasked with managing the capital structure of the company, Mr. Ditto created business plans that moved the company from close to bankruptcy to near-record profitability within four years. He also merged five separate companies into Officia Imaging that grew 10 percent annually for the past three years. To more efficiently and securely manage customer data, Mr. Ditto successfully implemented an updated and improved customer relationship management system.

Prior to joining Officia Imaging, Mr. Ditto served as vice president of operations for MWB Business Systems. In this capacity, he oversaw a team of 45 associates and managed billing, IT system operations, equipment delivery and shipping and receiving. Mr. Ditto served on a company task force assigned with improving operational efficiency and reviewing existing products that brought monthly billing up to $1.5 million per month.

Mr. Ditto previously was vice president and general manager of Pacific Office Solutions, which later merged with MWB Business Systems. He joined the company as a service manager in 2002 and helped increase gross profits by 22 percent over the course of his three-year tenure as service manager. Designated as a company global leader for his outstanding service, Mr. Ditto was responsible for overseeing company technicians operating in five Southern California counties.

Mr. Ditto attributes his success to his tenacity, his trustworthiness and his passion for the document imaging profession. In the years to come, he hopes to continue to grow in his career and help Officia Imaging expand its operations.

A highly knowledgeable professional, Mr. Ditto has completed coursework at Pierce College. When he is not guiding Officia Imaging, Mr. Ditto volunteers his time with the San Diego Rescue Mission, an organization that provides assistance to the homeless. He also enjoys attending sporting and music events.
