Besides electrical services, her areas of expertise include business management, accounting and customer service. She also works with her management team to ensure prices stay within a reasonable budget for customers. Some of the services performed include electrical automation, gas turbine maintenance, industrial piping, and industrial wiring and programming.

With her experience in electrical services, Ms. Pettus attributes her success to her hard work and diligence. She became involved in her profession because of her background in medical administration and her husband's background as an electrical professional. Outside of the office, she is involved with the National Association of Professional Women, NECA and the Building Trades Association.

In her free time, Ms. Pettus enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering for her local church. In the years to come, she hopes for the continued expansion of her company.
