He restored profitability in less than a year, improved productivity by 45 percent, increased annual revenues dramatically, and, after selling the company in 2012, remained onboard to ensure a smooth leadership transition. Now known as Blue Raven LLC, the company is one of the largest providers of volume computer depot repairs and suppliers of out-of-warranty computer parts in the United States. Mr. Kashgegian's professional accomplishments also include turning around Printed Circuit Corporation between 1996 and 2002, when the company was acquired by Electropac. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kashgegian worked his way up from the position of senior field sales technician to executive vice president and general manager of Granada North America, Inc. He attributes his success to his drive and determination.
Mr. Kashgegian received an MBA in 1991 from Boston University. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology, which he earned in 1981 from Northeastern University. Mr. Kashgegian is a Member and Former Board Member of the IPC - Association Connecting Electronics Industries. He is a member of the Reverse Logistics Association and the Audio Engineering Society. He donates to the New England Hemophilia Association.
