Catherine A.F. Marriott Recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Agriculture

    BOYUP BROOK, WA, AUSTRALIA, May 6, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Catherine A.F. Marriott, the Managing Director of Influential Women, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in agriculture.

Ms. Marriott is passionate about agriculture and the people that work in this amazingly diverse and progressive sector. She has worked across the Asia Pacific as a technical consultant for the last 10 years in the beef and sheep industries. As the winner of the WA 2012 RIRDC Rural Women's Award and the National Runner-Up, Catherine recognises the importance of building relationships between farmers and consumers for both sides benefit. As a result of the award, Ms. Marriott founded and is Managing Director of the company Influential Women Pty Ltd.

Catherine has great passion for her work believes this is why she is so successful. She became involved in empowering rural communities as she grew up on a farm and has always had an interest in agriculture and its most precious resource, it's people. She pursued a career in the field after earning a Bachelor of Rural Science from the University of New England in 2003 and followed this by completing the 17 month Australian Rural Leadership Program in 2010.

Ms Marriott is also a professional MC and speaker specialising in change, leadership and in inspiring others.
