This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieving personal and professional success.

Mr. Neyman has four decades of experience in manufacturing and engineering with 18 years as President and Chief Executive Officer of Lancaster Alloys Company, Inc. His areas of expertise include project planning, contract negotiation, new business development, sales management, strategic marketing and custom product development. As the company's founder, Mr. Neyman oversees every aspect of Lancaster Alloys, including accounting, human resources, service and short- and long-term planning.

Since 1993, the Lancaster Alloys Company has produced premium quality welding wire for the Aerospace, Defense, and Petrochemical industries. The company produces up to a thousand pounds a week of customers' specified welding wire used by leading aircraft and jet engines manufacturers such as BAE, Chromalloy Gas Turbine Corporation, General Dynamics, General Electric, Lockheed-Martin, Northrop-Grumman, Rolls-Royce, plc. and others. Lancaster Alloys produces and sells a wide variety of wire products of various steels and alloys, including aluminum, cobalt, nickel and magnesium-based alloys, as well as stainless and heat and corrosion-resistant steels and alloys.

Mr. Neyman received a Master's Degree in the Metallurgy of Special Steels and Alloys from the Moscow University of Steel and Alloys in 1973.

Mr. Neyman has begun his career in the Aerospace Industry and still works in this field. Prior to founding Lancaster Alloys, he worked as R & D Engineer for All Union Research Institute of Light Alloys in Moscow, Soviet Union, and after immigrating to the United States in 1989 he served for almost four years as a Quality Engineer and Quality Assurance Manager for United States Welding Corporation in California.

Mr. Neyman attributes his success to the patience and support of his wife and entire family, and he traces his involvement in the manufacturing sector to his longstanding interest in engineering. He is active in the professional community being a member of the American Welding Society and SAE International. In his spare time, he enjoys classical music.

In the years to come, Mr. Neyman hopes to expand his company and possibly move the operation to a bigger facility.
