Pizza Bob's Classic Pie Wins Three Consecutive Talk of the Town Awards

    FARMINGTON HILLS, MI, May 18, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- With a jump in its customer satisfaction ratings during the past three years, Pizza Bob's Classic Pie of Calgary has won its third straight Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award in the Restaurants category with the highest possible 5-star rating.

The Talk of the Town Awards, presented by Talk of the Town News, Customer Care News magazine and Celebration Media U.S., honor companies and professionals that provide excellent customer service as reported by their customers through no-cost, user-review websites, blogs, social networks, business rating services, and other honors and accolades. This data is analyzed by a team of researchers who calculate a company's CM Power Rating. Only those that receive a 4-star to 5-star rating receive the Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award.

Calgary pizzeria Pizza Bob's was established in August 1999 to serve the community with excellent food backed by even better service. The restaurant's specialty is its unique Napolitana-style, brick-hearth-baked, thin-crust pizza. "We use only premium ingredients, including the best mozzarella I have been able to locate on the market," says Owner Bob Collins. "Our meats such as the pepperoni and Italian sausage are custom made, lean and contain no fillers. The lasagnas are made in house as well as most of our sauces and the Caesar salad dressing."

Collins and his team strive to serve up a great product that is both relatively healthy but still tastes great. There is no deep fryer in the restaurant, so the wings and ribs are oven-baked. "They take time, but in our opinion are both more delicious and healthier," says Collins.

Pizza Bob's is more than just another take-out pizza place, according to Collins. "We also have a 50-seat dining room with a bar and special events such as Friday Night Karaoke and Saturday Night Open Jam with live music. We cater to all age groups and families."

At Pizza Bob's, customer service is a high priority, so Collins ensures his staff members are properly trained and provide friendly service each and every time. "Timely service is a priority, but not rushing patrons," he says. "Furthermore, we endeavor to keep it affordable without compromising the quality."

Serving the community is also important to the Pizza Bob's team, so the restaurant donates food for charity events in the local community.
