CAL INC Reminds All Contractors in California to Get Lead RRP Certified in Light of Recent EPA Enforcement Actions

The enforcement actions against 17 contractors across the United States address serious violations of the RRP rules, including 14 actions where the contractor or subcontractor did not obtain RRP certification prior to performing work on pre-1978 buildings. These enforcement actions also included the assessment of civil penalties of up to $23,000.
