Prior to moving into her role as president, Ms. Fite served in roles as Solae's vice president for global strategy, marketing, sales and global business leader of the specialty proteins business.

She became involved in her profession after being recruited from a previous position. She decided to pursue sales and marketing because she saw tremendous opportunity and growth potential in the industry.

An active member of Women in Agribusiness, Ms. Fite received a Bachelor of Arts in advertising and public relations from the University of Oklahoma.
