Martin Karcz Recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Wealth Management

Mr. Karcz has 20 years of experience in wealth management, with five years as a Senior Wealth Advisor and Director of Wealth Management at ScotiaMcLeod. Over the years, he has established himself as an expert on the bespoke arrangement of financial structures for the holding of personal and corporate wealth. Mr. Karcz is an active volunteer for the Children's Hearing and Speech Centre and sits on the finance committee for the school. He can often be found backcountry skiing with his Australian cattle dog, Miga, or downhill skiing on "Seventh Heaven" with his children, Marysia and Jan, and his wife, Karolina.

His investment philosophy combines thorough top-down analysis of macroeconomic trends and fundamental bottom-up analysis of the underlying securities in selected sectors. After obtaining a Master of Science in Economic Geography from the University of Gdansk, Poland and an MBA in portfolio management from the University of British Columbia, Martin pursued a career in portfolio management and built his profession based upon research, education and experience. In the years to come, Mr. Karcz plans to continue working with clients to actively manage their wealth, providing them with security of assets, growth, retirement income and a tax effective transfer to the next generation.
