NAPERVILLE, IL, June 01, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jennifer Curtin, MS, LPC will be presenting "Managing the Waves of Change: Six Steps to Build Confidence and Emotional Resilience" for An Evening with an Expert at Fox Valley Institute (FVI).
In this one-hour presentation, Jennifer will provide guests with information on why people become self-critical, self doubtful and emotional when experiencing life changes. She will explain how to identify the types of life uncertainties that can lead to "analysis paralysis," the six steps to making decisions and weathering change without self-doubt, and ways to apply those steps to your personal, business, or family life.
As the third seminar for FVI's An Evening with an Expert series, all proceeds from guests will go to Naperville CARES, a local non-profit organization assisting local families in financial crisis. An Evening with an Expert series will be held on the first Thursday of every month from 7:00-8:00pm. Each speaker will present a different topic of expertise.
