Andra L. Marquardt, RLS, Recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Engineering and Land Surveying

    MANDAN, ND, June 3, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ --Andra L. Marquardt, Registered Land Surveyor for Toman Engineering Company, and Author for A.L. Marquardt, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in engineering and land surveying.

Ms. Marquardt began her career in drafting and has since gained 20 years of experience in mathematics and land survey coordination. For the past 16 years, she has served as a registered land surveyor for the Toman Engineering Company, which provides civil engineering and design and land surveying. She is primarily responsible for conducting land surveys, and calculating subdivision surfaces for engineering, drafting, designing water and sewage systems. She names designing a subdivision with a bay where they moved almost 1 million yards of dirt to be the highlight of her career.

In 1992, Ms. Marquardt earned an Associate of Applied Science in Drafting from Trinidad State Junior College , followed with an associate of applied science in civil engineering technology one year later. In addition to her skills in engineering, she prides herself on her abilities as an author for A.L. Marquardt, which provides Christian science fiction. She is the author of the novella, "A Reason to Hope." She is a member of the American Christian Fiction Writers and the Christian Writers Guild, and in 2010, she was the Genesis Novel Contest Finalist through the American Christian Fiction Writer.

As she continues to advance in her field, Ms. Marquardt intends to continue learning and growing in her profession. She would also like to gain recognition in writing.
