Dr. Wilcox Kelly has 20 years of professional experience, with progressive responsibilities leading to a management role of risk and sustainability integration for WorleyParsons Ltd. In the course of her duties, she is responsible for incorporating sustainable aspects into large scale proposals for the integration into larger programs and projects. She also acts as a conduit between aligning business opportunities, and resources across WorleyParsons Consulting Practice and the Hydrocarbons business units. She provides ongoing support to the global practice of sustainability, with the development and integration of sustainable development into engineering work processes. Dr. Wilcox Kelly also provides technical support to the risk and sustainability team ensuring the team continues to identify and mitigate non-technical risk, and embed sustainable integration into WorleyParsons' programs and projects. Day to day operations for Dr. Wilcox Kelly involves resourcing the Calgary team of Sustainability professionals, as well as handling monthly reporting, resource management and daily group operations.

Dr. Wilcox Kelly earned a Ph.D. in socio-cultural geography from the University of Waterloo in 2006, having received a Master of Environmental Studies in physical geography in 1995 and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in physical geography and human geography in 1993. In addition to her degrees, she received a certification for post-secondary education, also from the University of Waterloo. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, continuously learning, volunteering and walking. In years to come, Dr. Wilcox Kelly wishes to drive change, effectively influencing sustainable development through the mitigation and management of non-technical risk into all major operations of WorleyParsons with the assistance of her team. She would also like to grow into a more strategic and technical directorial position.
