Ms. McLean's impressive career background also includes positions as CFO and merger consultant of adaptive technology for IBM and forensic analyst for Primelife Corporation. A former partner of Charlton McLean Associates, she founded HM Partners, a business consulting, accounting, and taxation firm, in 2004.
