Chamber Orchestra Executive Director Peter H. Gistelinck Appointed to Advisory Board of The World Soundtrack Academy and World Soundtrack Awards

    PHILADELPHIA, PA, June 07, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Peter H. Gistelinck, Executive Director of The Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia, has been appointed as an Advisory Board Member to The World Soundtrack Academy and the annual World Soundtrack Awards. The Academy promotes the activity of composers and their film music, and their awards are considered to be among the most significant for this genre of music.

Together with the Ghent International Film Festival, the World Soundtrack Academy will also develop initiatives that are aimed at offering a strong platform to emerging film music talent in Europe.
