Ms. Kuchmak has over four decades of experience in healthcare. She began her career as a registered nurse, holding numerous management positions both in hospitals and community organizations. In addition, she has extensive experience teaching nursing students in clinical and classroom settings. Her areas of expertise include: LTC resident care & services support, gerontological clinical skills, team building and leadership development, facilitation, quality management, infection prevention and control, lean applications, restorative nursing, MOH & LTC legislation, and leading CARF teams. Ms. Kuchmak attributes her success to building genuine relationships, commitment to and love for the nursing profession and hard work. In five years, she hopes to still be engaged in long-term care consulting.

Ms. Kuchmak received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ryerson University. She also holds Canadian Gerontological Nursing and OANHSS Administrator certification. She is a member of the College of Nurses of Ontario, Canadian Nurses Association, Registered Nurses Association of Ontario, Gerontology Nursing Association, and Ontario Gerontology Association. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
