Fonda Hamilton Named a VIP Member of Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Conflict Resolution

Ms. Hamilton has experience in the alternative dispute resolution field. She is the founder and co-founder of two companies: Conflict Management Consultants, LLP and Conflict Solutions, LLC, for the past five years. The first of these firms, Conflict Management Consultants, provides conflict management and mediation training and services both online and in person to individuals, families and groups. The second company, Conflict Solutions, offers mediation services for private disputes and court cases. In her leadership role with the two firms, Ms. Hamilton oversees all daily operations, including business development, client relations and strategic planning. In addition, she develops online training programs, interacts with students one-on-one, and reviews and grades submitted assignments. In her position with Conflict Solutions LLC, she mediates private and court-appointed cases and serves as a mediator for local government disputes. She was appointed by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court to serve on a committee that advises the Colorado judiciary branch regarding mediation issues.

While assuming her current roles with Conflict Management Consultants and Conflict Solutions, Ms. Hamilton filled a number of other key positions with leading organizations, including serving as a member of the Office of Dispute Resolution Advisory Committee, president of The Mediation Association of Colorado for two years, vice president of CCMO and the administrator for the Dallas Advertising League. During her long career, Ms. Hamilton has earned a reputation for being a dynamic, results-oriented dispute resolution professional with special expertise in mediation.

Ms. Hamilton, who entered the mediation field after seeing an advertisement in the newspaper, attributes her success to the fact that she finds her work to be rewarding. Over the next five years, she would like to continue mediating disputes while expanding her businesses.

Ms. Hamilton holds a bachelor's degree in advertising with a minor in marketing and English from Texas Tech University and a master's degree in dispute resolution from Southern Methodist University. She is certified by the state of Texas as a civil and domestic relations mediator and has advanced training in eldercare mediation. An active member of the field, Ms. Hamilton belongs to numerous professional groups. During her free time, she enjoys traveling and reading.
