Ms. Winegar is a licensed real estate agent in the greater Salt Lake City, Utah area. She has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, the past seven of which she has spent with Chapman-Richards & Associates. Ms. Winegar is a fierce negotiator who ensures a win-win outcome for every client using simple, creative, and out-of-the-box ideas. She has a stellar, under 30 day average for residential properties on the market. Her areas of specialization include home marketing systems, home purchasing, custom home construction, investment properties, and vacant land acquisition and sales.

At the beginning of her career, Ms. Winegar worked in Scottsdale, Ariz., with Loy Clemons Architects and Builders in 1995. The firm specialized in high-end custom homes, though it would later incorporate mid-range homes priced from $300K to $450K. During her tenure with this firm, she specialized in custom home construction, home buyer consultation and home marketing/sales.

Originally from Augsburg, Germany, Ms. Winegar was invited to temporarily relocate back to Europe in 2002 assisting Siebel Systems, a U.S. company, for a European product launch. Her primary focus was contract negotiations between senior management and CxO's. Ms. Winegar's linguistic background, sales and marketing expertise and knowledge of European countries and cultures resulted in a successful market penetration. Upon her return to Salt Lake City in 2006, she joined the office of ChapmanRichards and Associates to continue her real estate career. Ms. Winegar's primary territory focus is the greater Salt Lake area, combining a successful compliment of home marketing and sales initiatives, as well as tenacious contract negotiations. During her first years with ChapmanRichards, Ms. Winegar was quickly recognized by the company with the Top Producer Award, distinguishing her as having an average annual sales production of $4.5 million in revenue.

In addition to her work with Chapman-Richards & Associates, she is also active with the Community Development Corporation, a nonprofit government agency providing grants for first time home buyers with conservative financial means. She conducts first time home buyer consultation in conjuction with the organization. Fluent in five languages, she has lived in cities all over the world, and is able to work with international companies who need real estate services for employees who are relocating.

Ms. Winegar has been working in sales for her entire career, starting with an international software company right out of college. She holds a bachelor's degree in international marketing and linguistics from the University of Arizona, as well as a diploma in general business and marketing, which she earned during her tenor in Germany and Switzerland.
