Mr. Huggins has 27 years as the president of PCS Engineering, Inc. Over the years, he has established himself as an expert of the CNC program, 3-D printing, and business management. In the course of his duties, he is responsible for working in all areas of 3-D printing, services and support. He manages his entire staff, including sales teams.

Mr. Huggins attributes his success to his perseverance and determination. He became involved in his profession because he was a programmer, and in 1986 he decided to take a job doing demos for a company on a 1099 basis. He then started his own business, programming and training.

Mr. Huggins became a certified tool and die maker through Catonsville Community College in 1989. In years to come, Mr. Huggins plans to grow the business as a printer sales company, delivering rapid prototype parts, Additive Manufacturing and complete detailed models.
