Dawn has six months of experience as the President and Founder of ShoutOutWithLove, LLC. As the sole leader of the organization, she works as a co-occurring disorders counselor, drug and alcohol addiction professional, writer, editor, poet, associate producer and executive producer. Dawn executive produced a music video entitled, Hold On, Directed by Ted Huff. The sneak peak less than 60 second Trailer debuted on March 11, 2013 and has almost 10,000 YouTube views. Hold On is the first Official Music Video to be released from an album titled "Don't Judge Me," in which ShoutOutWithLove, LLC maintains the roll of Executive Producer, as well. The full length Music Video Production was relesased on May 27, 2013, Memorial Day in the United States of America. Furthermore, Dawn contributes as Chief Editor & Poet for A Soldier's Thoughts at DUKETHEMAN1.com, a non-profit charitable organization that gives all proceeds to aid Disabled American Veterans. She wrote the foreword to the first published book by Duke Sherman "A Soldier's Thoughts - A Collection of Poems" who is the Owner of the charity by his given name, Leslie Sherman.

Dawn wants to utilize ShoutOutWithLove, LLC to help as many people as she can that are in pain, feel sadness, or in need of inspiration to achieve their goals and dreams in life. She believes in helping people overcome the obstacles life throws their way, and has a great love for humanity. Dawn is an Associate Producer of the Crush and Roll Morning Show via an internet radio station PCRADIOLIVE.com that interacts live with their social media family through responses by tweeting and posting from various social websites, in addition to playing great music. Music is very important in her life because it inspires her creative writing skills. Dawn has her own personal blog at shoutoutwithlove.blogspot.com entitled "Rebirth of an Angelic Dawn." She is looking forward to continuing on the same path of helping as many people as she can by realizing their dreams and obtaining the needs to make it happen. Dawn attributes her success from adversity, as well as overcoming many obstacles throughout her life, including being a fighter (Soldier/Warrior) and never giving up. Dawn is pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at an APA accredited program. She earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from Oral Roberts University with a Concentration in Addictive Disorders and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Pace University New York City campus. In addition to her degrees, she is a Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) and an Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICADC). To remain in contact with other professionals in her fields, she became a member of the American Psychological Association for Graduate Students (APAGS), the American Psychological Association (APA), and the (NAPW) National Association of Professional Women. Dawn plans to continue working on her doctorate in clinical psychology and expand her business to the fullest extent possible.
