Located just off Easy Street, Meadow Brook Senior Living will include 88 apartments, offering a wide range of options, including Assisted Living and Memory Care as well as Spectrum's well-known amenities, dining and signature programs. Residences will range from studio-sized apartments to two-bedroom, two-bath, 1,000-square-foot apartment homes. "We are happy to bring senior living to Fishers," said John Sevo, managing director of Spectrum Retirement Communities. "Our location near the Village at Main Street shopping center and medical facilities allows residents to maintain their active, fulfilling lifestyle in a new, supportive environment. We look forward to the day we can welcome new residents."
Sevo anticipates that Meadow Brook will open in June 2014, but Spectrum will begin taking reservations for its month-to-month rental program beginning this month through its website, www.meadowbrookseniorliving.com.
All residences at Meadow Brook will be planned to maximize health, independence, security, and peace of mind, while also compassionately supporting those who need more assistance. As with all Spectrum communities, Meadow Brook will host on-site personal care services and provide licensed professionals who offer occupational and speech therapies, monthly health screenings, and physical rehabilitation.
"The quality of life here is unparalleled and fits perfectly with our high standards of care," said Sevo. "We're honored to be part of this community."
Meadow Brook is expected to employ 48 full-time employees and caregivers from the area.
