Mr. Tickner has 32 years of experience in business management, with seven years as a senior business intelligence analyst for the Department of Education and Communities, which is part of the NSW government. He specializes in troubleshooting, understanding and simplifying issues. In the course of his duties, he is responsible for providing Enterprise Business Intelligence to the department of education. He attributes his success to his commitment and dedication to the field. He became involved in this profession after being introduced to information technology in his early career as a Surveyor.

Mr. Tickner received a Certificate 4 in Engineering Surveying from The Institute of Technology, Sydney. To give back to his community, he contributes to such worthy organizations as Rotary International. In years to come, Mr. Tickner hopes to retire from his position, but continue mentoring others, so that he may impart his knowledge and experiences.
