Joanna Lipfeld, CMA, MBA Recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Business Management

Mrs. Lipfeld has always had an interest in business and finance. When she met Brad Nathan, the President of Succession Capital Corporation, she knew she wanted to work with someone who had passion, integrity, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Mrs. Lipfeld worked as CFO and COO for one of the Succession Capital companies, and in November 2007, they started Lynx Equity Limited. For the past five years, she has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of this private equity firm, managing 25 acquisitions and $50 million in assets.

Mrs. Lipfeld oversees the cash flow management for Lynx Equity Limited and its subsidiary companies. She manages the financial statements and maintains the banking relationships as well as the private investor relations. She is involved with each transaction from a banking perspective and helps manage the post transaction transitions. She attributes her success to her great team, hard work, determination and passion.

Mrs Lipfeld is a Certified Management Accountant and gets involved with CMA activities, alumni activities for both the Ivey Alumni Association, and the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority, as well as attends various CVCA events. She earned an Honors Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business of The University of Western Ontario. Looking toward the future, she hopes to experience continued growth with Lynx Equity Limited and lead a $200-million business.
