Tammy Hoogstad Inducted into Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Real Estate Services and Nonprofit Management

    MCLEAN, VA, July 25, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Tammy E. Hoogstad, Realtor for Century 21 New Millennium and Founder and President of CKB Angels Inc., has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in real estate services and nonprofit management.

Recognized for a decade of invaluable contributions to various fields, she has found professional success as a realtor for Century 21 New Millennium, and the founder and president of CKB Angels Inc.

After obtaining an Associate of Arts degree in early childhood education from St. Petersberg College in 1984, Ms. Hoogstad established a pre-kindergarten program with her sister. After her sister passed away, she sold the program and began a career in real estate with Century 21. Known for her exceptional customer service skills, Ms. Hoogstad excels at her job, educating clients about the real estate process, showing homes, and pre-qualifying buyers. She remains in close contact with her clients, even after the process is complete. During the course of her real estate career, Ms. Hoogstad, a certified relocation specialist, has garnered a variety of awards, including the top sales and top listing agent awards. In addition, she has been inducted in the Million Dollar Club with Century 21.

Ms. Hoogstad was previously employed with The Salvation Army in Georgia. She also had many awards bestowed on her with this organization, including Woman, Volunteer, and Youth Director of the Year. While there, she saw the need for outreach programs and decided to strike out on her own; forming a nonprofit called CKB Angels. The nonprofit organization provides youth-oriented services to the local community. Through funding from the organization, Ms. Hoogstad built orphanages in Peru.

Through the Greater McLean Chamber of Commerce, Virginia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, Ms. Hoogstad remains professionally affiliated with the real estate field. With tenacity and dedication, she intends to continue assisting others in becoming homeowners. She sees herself owning her own real estate company in the future.
