Ms. Landa has 30 years of work experience, with 13 years as the Controller/CFO of Fraser Metal Works. Over the years, she has established herself as an expert in financial analysis, management, budgeting, & strategic planning. Additionally, Ms. Landa owns several businesses and has an extensive background in real estate investing, marketing, photography, graphic design, computer repair, and nonprofit grant writing. In the course of her duties, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the companies' finances, including profits, cash flow, establishing and executing internal systems. She also manages large projects, establishes policies, trains and manages the finance unit. She attributes her success to taking on challenges and thinking outside the box. At age 15 she became involved in her finance profession by becoming a bookkeeper and then receiving her master's degree in finance at age 19.

Ms. Landa received a degree in Project Management from San Diego State University, Technical writing & Computer Repair from UC Davis in Sacramento, Marketing, Photography & Graphic Design from the Art Institute and a master's degree in financial analysis from the University of Maine. She is a member of SBA. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, photography, treasure hunting and the Arts. In years to come, Ms. Landa intends to travel, & explore all that life has to offer.
