His industry experience encompasses broad cross-section, including manufacturing, high technology, bio-technology, life sciences, entertainment, e-commerce, real estate, insurance, non-profit and software industries. Nicolas specializes in assisting entities ranging from development stage and emerging growth companies with complex debt and equity transactions to listed companies with $120 million in revenues. His public company focus has included NYSE, AMEX and Nasdaq Small Cap-listed companies, over-the-counter bulletin board registrants and public shell companies.

In two other moves, Anton & Chia, LLP, has added Alice Wu as an income partner and AJ Sexton V as a director. Alice Wu will assist with building and cultivating the Firm's Asia practice and will further assist in maintaining the Anton & Chia's quality control standards.

Alice has 26 years of accounting and auditing experience, including nine years in public accounting and 10 years as CFO and controller for public and privately-held companies. Alice's career encompasses a broad cross-section of industries, including pharmaceuticals, steel, mining, manufacturing, technology, construction, entertainment, and software industries. Her diversity of experience ranges from development stage entities to multinational companies with $750 million in revenues. Alice's public company focus has included NYSE, AMEX and Nasdaq Small Cap-listed companies, over-the-counter bulletin board registrants and public shell companies.

Alice also specializes in evaluation and accounting of complex derivative instruments, design and implementation of internal controls, and consulting and advisory services on mergers, acquisitions, private placements, and initial public offerings.

In 1992, AJ founded Sexton Equities, an investment banking and consulting firm specializing in providing capital for small private companies. Over its ten year life, the Company provided over $150 million dollars in financing for small to mid-sized corporations via private placements, convertible debentures and initial public offerings.

As a private equity specialist, the focus of AJ's career has been spent identifying quality companies for capital investment, conducting forensic due diligence to minimize downside risk and then negotiating, structuring & funding the transactions via his network of institutional & high net worth investors.
