JoAnne Brandes, a retired senior executive with S.C. Johnson & Son Inc. most recently served as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel for JohnsonDiversey Inc., a worldwide manufacturer of industrial cleaning solutions. Ms. Brandes also is a Regent Emeritus of the University of Wisconsin and has received numerous leadership awards including "Working Mother of the Year."
According to JoAnne Brandes, "Metrix has become a high growth company by filling an important niche helping service organizations upgrade their IT systems and doing it for a reasonable price. Steve Mayer is a partner with Milwaukee based Promontory Point Capital, an investment banking firm specializing in advising, structuring and financing privately-held businesses. Previously, Mr. Mayer headed JPMorgan Chase's mid-market commercial lending division and held similar positions at M&I, Wells Fargo and LaSalle Bank.

Johann Senaratna is a founder and director of Creative Solutions, a software development outsourcer located in Sri Lanka. Previously, he was the Group Controller of the global enterprise applications company IFS, and before that the CFO for IFS' Asia Pacific Region.
