Teacher Training Systems, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in real estate brokering and teacher training consulting.

Ms. Kutcher is a professional educator and teacher trainer with more than 30 years of experience in the field. She is currently the co-owner and trainer with CanDo! Teacher Training Systems, as well as a real estate salesperson with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Frisco, TX. She started the teacher training consulting company, where she works with teachers and charter schools who are struggling. Depending on what the schools' needs are, they do staff development and a needs assessment. They specialize in providing quality staff development sessions that are customized to fit the needs of schools or the school districts. They will meet with a designated member of the staff to tailor their training and design it accordingly. They also go into the classrooms and observe teachers, assess them and work with them to help them become more effective, as well as do damage control if they are in a crisis.

As a child, she always wanted to teach, and had a couple teachers who made an impact on her; she said she wanted to be just like them. Ms. Kutcher has also recently obtained her real estate license in Texas and is in the new agent training program, focused on residential real estate working at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. As a retired educator, she has always been interested in real estate and decided to enter into the profession. She credits her success to her parents and their influence, as they were always very committed to her education

Ms. Kutcher holds a Doctor of Education in Education from the University of North Texas, a Master's Degree in Curriculum Instruction and Mid Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Reading from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Her professional affiliations include ASCD, Learning Forward and the International Reading Association. Outside of her busy professional career, she enjoys gardening and interior decorating. In the coming years, Ms. Kutcher plans to continue in her current roles. She loves training teachers and helping others in real estate, and will receive a SRES designation to specialize in working with seniors.
