Spectrum Retirement Begins Construction on Crescent Park Senior Living

    DENVER, CO, September 03, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Denver-based Spectrum Retirement LLC, known for senior living communities that deliver luxury at an affordable price, has begun construction on its newest retirement community at 2951 Coburg Road in Eugene, Ore., with Catamount Construction as general contractor and Vessel Architecture & Design as architect.

Crescent Park Senior Living will include 119 senior apartments ranging in size from studio suites to two-bedroom, two-bath, 1,000-square-foot units. Apartments are leased month to month, with no buy-in fee required.

Spectrum will begin taking reservations for its month-to-month rental program through www.crescentparkseniorliving.com. The community is slated to open October 2014.

When it opens, the 116,000-square-foot, three-story building will employ 55 people, including part-time dining staff and housekeepers as well as department managers and an executive director.
