Nasim Bhanji Inducted into Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Human Resources

    SCARBOROUGH, ONTARIO, CANADA, September 5, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Nasim Bhanji, Director of Compensation, Benefits and HRIS for Seneca College, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication and leadership in human resources.

Demonstrating 20 years of industry know-how, Ms. Bhanji is uniquely positioned to oversee the compensation and benefits plan, policies and procedures for Seneca College. Among her responsibilities, she promotes proactive approaches using HRIS (human resources information systems), conducts competitive benchmarking, ensures timely enrollment of eligible employees, and prepares compliant collective bargaining agreements. Ms. Bhanji's achievements have been largely driven by her leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.

Ms. Bhanji holds a Pension Plan Administration Certification (PPAC) from Humber College. She is a
Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), a Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) and is currently working toward her certification as a labor relations professional (CLRP). Further, Ms. Bhanji studied French through the University of Alberta, and is pursuing an MBA in human resource management and services through Royal Roads University.
