Flavia Jaber Named a Worldwide Who's Who Professional of the Year for Excellence in Travel Services

    TORONTO, ON, September 10, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Flavia Jaber, President of Road to Travel Inc., has been named a Worldwide Who's Who Professional of the Year in Travel Services. While inclusion in Worldwide Who's Who is an honor, only a small selection of members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, years of service, and the credentials they have provided in association with their Worldwide Who's Who membership.

Ms. Jaber has 31 years of professional experience, with two years as President of Road to Travel Inc. As an expert in business development and marketing, she is responsible for handling all marketing, business development, and public relations operations. Ms. Jaber started the company with her husband, Johnny Jaber, in 1997. He took a different direction from his corporate and incentive work and she left her work as a tour operator to embrace the Internet. They decided to pool their years of knowledge in different destinations to create a niche boutique company that specializes in Italy. Sadly, Mr. Jaber passed away in 2011, but Ms. Jaber is committed to continuing their vision. Ms. Jaber attributes her success to her years of experience. She became involved in her profession after finishing her university studies, she traveled abroad and discovered that she loved to travel.

Ms. Jaber received a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Toronto. To remain in contact with other professionals within her industry, she became a member of the Cruise Line Industry Association, the Travel Industry Counsel of Ontario, the Better Business Bureau of Toronto, and the American Society of Travel Agents. In years to come, Ms. Jaber plans to expand her company's focus to include other destinations like France, Spain and Turkey. The company is also developing an online system where clients can book complicated itineraries with ease and save money by doing it themselves.
