William W. Crossett IV Inducted into Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Workers' Compensation Law

With more than three decades of legal experience, Mr. Crossett has thoroughly honed his expertise in workers' compensation. In his role as a partner for MCV Law, he focuses primarily on representing injured workers, and clients with social security and long-term disability issues. He is based in Syracuse and practices throughout central New York. Mr. Crossett has appeared regularly before the Workers' Compensation Board and the Courts of New York since 1982. Mr. Crossett holds a JD from the DePaul College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Syracuse University. He serves as president of the Injured Workers Bar Association of New York and is an active member of Workers Compensation Law Division of the New York State Bar Association. A fellow of the College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers, he received the 2012 Clara Lemlich Award from the Triangle Shirtwaist Fire Memorial. He has also been distinguished as a Super Lawyer.
