When her close friend died of cancer at the young age of 39, Ms. Valentine felt compelled to pursue her own dreams and inspire others. With an associate diploma in public relations, advertising and applied communication from Holmesglen Institute and a bachelor's degree in business and psychology in hand, Ms. Valentine completed coursework at The Coaching Institute in neurolinguistic programming and coaching. Upon completion of the degree, she founded Sarah Valentine Pty Ltd; a business coaching and consultancy company.

As owner and director of Sarah Valentine Proprietary Limited, Ms. Valentine works collaboratively with business owners around the world to assess strategic plans and implement organizational restructuring. She also utilizes the Geelong Business Circle, a non-competitive expert think-tank for entrepreneurs in various industries, to aid clients in gaining innovative ideas. Through business and professional coaching, Ms. Valentine has become successful in increasing revenue and profitability, establishing referral and networking opportunities, and providing an environment where clients can achieve their goals.
