She has honed her expertise in income tax withholdings, compliance requirements, payroll, BAS preparation, and financial statement preparation. As an accountant, she completes and reviews compliance reports, ensuring they are done correctly.

Skilled in tax advising, Ms. Kennedy also specializes in business start ups and advises her clients on how to set up a business, including what software or systems to use, how to register and how much it will cost. She has conducted "Introduction to GST" seminars and workshops for accounting practice clients, and she is currently setting up an internet marketing webinar series on how to set up a business. She earned a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Southern Cross University, graduating with distinction in 1994.

Ms. Kennedy is a member of CPA Australia and was awarded the CPA Society Medal for Excellence in Accounting Studies in 1993 and 1994. She attributes her success to her mission to help small business owners succeed, being very detail oriented, and striving to make everything exact and thorough.
