Kermit P. Bonovich, MD, Recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Health Care

    KINGSVILLE, MD, September 26, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dr. Kermit Bonovich, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in health care.

When he recovered from pneumonia as a youth, thanks to the dedicated care of his physician, Dr. Bonovich developed a passion for medicine and helping others. Shortly thereafter, he completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Maryland before enrolling in a doctorate program. Upon completion of an MD from the School of Medicine at University of Maryland, Dr. Bonovich embarked on a career in health care which has spanned the past 46 years.

Currently, Dr. Bonovich serves as doctor for his own private practice, Kermit P. Bonovich, MD. The health care facility provides consultation services and exemplary patient care. As owner of the business, Dr. Bonovich oversees all aspects of business operations including evaluating patients and reviewing laboratory reports for surgical processes. He works diligently with each patient to assess their condition, find a suitable treatment plan, and prescribe medications, if necessary. An expert in health care, Dr. Bonovich was an instrumental part of opening a hospital in 1977 for an area which had no medical care within miles of community residences. After it was built, he served as the medical director and director of medicine, and also aided in the recruitment of new physicians.

Dr. Bonovich is the author of the published novel "Waking Up Emily," a story based on true-life events he witnessed in the anesthesia department of a large metropolitan hospital. He also co-wrote "No Weight Loss Gimmicks." He is passionate about helping others with their health issues and teaching them how to stay healthy and in control of their weight. Dr. Bonovich is currently working on his third manuscript, a book entitled "Deadly Consequences and Convenient Heroes," which he expects to publish in the near future. Attributing his success to dedication and passion for improving the lives of his patients, Dr. Bonovich plans to keep abreast of changes in his field through networking and consulting with health care professionals nationwide.

Dr. Bonovich is an honoree with Biltmore Who's Who and a two-time recipient of the Professional of the Year distinction with Worldwide Who's Who. Naturally philanthropic, he is an avid supporter of Grandview Christian Church. Away from the demands of his work, he enjoys home remodeling, weight control counseling, and writing.
