Erika Wils Recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Women's Health

    PRAHRAN EAST, AUSTRALIA, September 30, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Erika Wils, Director of Airlie Womens Clinic, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in women's health.

Established more than 25 years ago by Dr. Wils, Airlie Women's Clinic is one of Victoria's leading general practices with 20 doctors providing all types of health care, including skin checks, general care, vaccinations and pediatric care. As its director, Dr. Wils uses her expertise in women's health care, natural medicine, preventative health and knowledge of the physical, mental and hormonal aspects of women's health.

Holding 26 years of experience, Dr. Wils oversees the medical aspects of the practice and manages the clinical, administrative and professorship aspects of the medical center. She also treats patients and teaches students who are in the final years of general practice training. She herself earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry in 1978 and a bachelor's degree in medicine and surgery from Monash University in 1982. Eight years later, she completed a fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

Dr. Wils enjoys making a difference every day and attributes her success to her determination and interest in the health care field, and the rewards that came with it.
