Yvette M. McQueen, MD, Inducted into Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Health Care

Dr. McQueen has 15 years of professional experience, with four years as Independent Contractor Physician of Yvette McQueen, MD, PA. As a specialist in emergency medicine, she is responsible for traveling to various hospital sites to treat patients, as well as organizing and participating in medical missions worldwide. She became involved in the medical profession as a ward clerk and then as a paramedic in college. She enjoyed emergency medicine and pursued it as a specialty. Her interests include teaching and lecturing on health and nutrition, and she is an ACLS/PALS/ATLS instructor.

Dr. McQueen received an MD from the Medical College of Ohio and a Bachelor of Science in physiology from Central Michigan University. In addition to her degrees, she has received a public health certificate from the University of Florida. She is a member of the National Medical Association. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and writing fiction, as well as decorating interiors.
