Ms. Stovell has been an artist for 17 years, throughout which she has gained a considerable amount of experience in painting, photography and sculpting; her subject matter of choice is the human form. Her decision to pursue a career as an artist evolved as a result of her creative background. While she was in college, she was advised to study graphic design because the field offered promising career opportunities. Though she had achieved great success as a creative consultant, the pull toward fine art was too strong for her to resist, and after much deliberation she decided to "quit the day job."
