Ann Bishop Inducted into Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Commercial Real Estate

    BELLEVUE, WA, October 1, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ann Bishop, Senior Vice President, Wallace Properties, Inc., has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for outstanding dedication, leadership and excellence in commercial real estate.

With 20 years of experience in commercial property transactions, Ms. Bishop is one of few female commercial brokers specializing in office and healthcare properties in the Pacific Northwest. Her duties include investment sales and acquisitions, owner-occupied acquisitions and lease-up. In addition, Ms. Bishop advises clients on site selection, site development, building refurbishment, investment strategies, tenant-mix and leasehold improvements.

Ms. Bishop, who earned an MBA in finance from University of Colorado, is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association and Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors. She is Chairman of the National Medical & Life Sciences Forum and a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). In addition, Ms. Bishop serves on the Government Affairs Committee with the Washington State Chapter of NAIOP. Ms. Bishop is an eight-time recipient of The Top Producers Award, presented annually by Wallace Properties, Inc. For community service, she is a member of Puget Sound Leadership Council, Medical Teams International.

When asked about her objectives in the coming year, Ms. Bishop notes that she would like to serve on a corporate board.
